Rates are per night in US Dollars based on single or double occupancy.
Rates are subject to Mexican Federal Tax and City taxes which are currently 14%.
Charge for additional adults in rooms is $10 USD plus 14% Tax
Children older than 12 years old are considered adults, younger than 12 years old are complimentary.
Reservation, Payment & Cancellation Policies
- Based on availability, the hotel will provide a confirmation number within 48 hours upon request has been acknowledged and payment has been processed.
- A valid credit card number is required to confirm a reservation. (We accept VISA or Master Card)
- The credit card will be charged in Mexican Pesos at the prevailing official bank exchange rate at the moment the credit card is charged.
- All cancellations should be notified in writing.
- There is a $25 USD non refundable service charge per cancellation anytime.
- For reservations arriving from January 6 to December 21, 2010
- The minimum length of stay is two nights
- 50 % Stay deposit will be charged to the credit card at the time of reservation
- If cancellation is not received 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non refundable
- For reservations arriving from December 22, 2010 to January 4, 2011
- The minimum length of stay is seven nights
- 50% of the total balance will be charged to the credit card at the time of reservation
- If cancellation is not received 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non refundable
- Check in time 3:00 pm
- Check out time 12:00 noon
- Unused nights, early departures and no shows are non refundable.
