The property has five different rental units overlooking a spacious court-yard with common use palapa and large pool. All rooms are clean and comfortable, and provided with daily maid service for the best comfort of our guests.

Depending on your needs you may choose a hotel suite for two persons, or a 1 bedroom, or a 2 bedroom apartment if you need more space and sleeping facilities. All units have cooking facilities, either in a complete kitchen in the larger apartments or in a kitchenette in the hotel suites.

Located just 40 minutes south of the busy, cosmopolitan city of Cancun, Playa Del Carmen is perfectly situated to enable you enjoy the best of all that the Mayan Riviera offers.  Originally a small, sleepy fishing village, Playa today retains its original charm and "hidden gem" feel while offering first-class dining and shopping alongside a plethora of activities and sightseeing adventures thanks to its close proximity to the world famous Mayan Ruins of Tulum, Chichen Itza, and Koba.              

Those seeking less strenuous activities can simply walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and enjoy the warm, soothing waves of the ocean. Watersports in Playa are in plentiful supply including deep-sea fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving.  Those looking to experience the ultimate underwater experience can also easily hop on the local ferry directly from downtown Playa and take the short journey over to Cozumel and explore the largest coral reef in the western hemisphere.

Our studios are centrally located. Private, tranquil, and nestled in mainstream Playa Del Carmen, our wonderful little spot is truly a gem in the neighborhood.  On a tree-lined section of First Avenue, we are only 100 meters west of the beach, and 100 meters east of the tourist mecca Fifth Avenue, and 100 meters south of rambling Constitution Avenue.
